Make sure facial hair is clean and dry. Remove wand from tube and wipe applicator brush on the lip of the tube to remove excess product. Lightly brush onto facial hair or brows, in an even coat or only on target areas. Use a moistened tissue to remove excess from skin if desired. Allow product to dry for five minutes before touching facial hair.
