How do I create an Auto-Delivery account?
It’s easy! Set up your Auto-Delivery in 4 clicks!
Select the product you want
Select the shade you want
Click on the “Auto-Delivery” button to select how often you would like your product(s) to be shipped (1, 2, or 3 months)
Click “Add to cart” and proceed through checkout as instructed




What will happen after I create an Auto-Delivery account?
After you create an Auto-Delivery account, you will receive an email confirming your subscription. This email will include a link to access My Subscriptions, where you can manage your future orders and account information.
We will place your Auto-Delivery orders automatically according to your selected frequency and you will only be billed on the day the order is shipped. Prior to each Auto-Delivery order, we will send you an email reminder 5 days before each order ships. You will also receive email notifications regarding other important information related to your Auto-Delivery, such as confirmation when an order places successfully, discontinuation of a product in your subscription, or cancelation of your subscription.




How do make changes to my Auto-Delivery account?
Once you’ve set up your Auto-Delivery account, you can login to your account, then click on “My Subscriptions” to cancel, pause, or change your personal information. Need to change a product, shade, or delivery date? Our dedicated service agents are available to assist with any changes.
