Our reasonable estimate of the value of such information takes into consideration (i) the ways in which we may use such information currently or in the future, (ii) the anticipated revenue which might be generated from the use of such information, (iii) the anticipated expenses which might be incurred in the collection, storage, and use of such information, as well as the overhead, marketing, and other expenses which might be incurred in the operation of our business, and (iv) anticipated future economic and market conditions and other relevant factors related to the estimated potential value of such information to our business.

Any personal information collected through a promotion may be disclosed to our service providers and vendors, including third-party promotional partners and media publishers, that assist us with the provision and management of our promotions, including the provision of targeted advertising. 

Prior to taking part in a promotion, you will be given the opportunity to review this Notice and opt in to the promotion. Participation in any promotion we run is entirely optional. If you have the right under applicable law, you can withdraw from an applicable promotion at any time by submitting a request to privacy@combe.com.

Please note, you will no longer be able to participate in a promotion if you make a request to delete your personal information. This is because we need your personal information in order to administer the promotion.
